The current Cayenne 958 digital-cluster route uses a full LCD driver display and retains required original cluster electronics during the documented installation. A clear original-cluster photo is important before shipment.

Later Porsche Cayenne

2018–2023 Dual-Screen Android Cockpit

A separate Cayenne route upgrades the center cockpit with a 12.3 + 12.3-inch dual-screen Android system. This is a multimedia/cockpit route rather than the 958 driver-cluster conversion, so the compatibility checks are different.

Porsche Macan

2014–2017 & 2018–2024 Dual-Screen Routes

iKAGOO has separate Macan dual-screen products for 2014–2017 and 2018–2024 vehicles. The current 2018–2024 route is for selected ICE/petrol Macan models and is not for the Macan Electric, so powertrain and dashboard confirmation matter.

Porsche 718 Cayman

2016–2023 Android Head Unit Route

The current catalog includes a dedicated 718 Cayman Android multimedia route for selected 2016–2023 vehicles. Final matching should confirm the original Porsche infotainment and retained-function requirements before the unit is prepared.

What is the difference between a Porsche digital cluster and a dual-screen Android upgrade?

A digital cluster upgrades the driver-information area behind the steering wheel. A dual-screen Android system modernizes the center cockpit and multimedia experience. The current Cayenne 958 cluster and later Cayenne/Macan dual-screen products therefore use different installation and compatibility checks.

Does the Cayenne 958 digital cluster keep original electronics?

Yes. The documented 2011–2017 Cayenne 958 installation retains two original electronic boards from the factory cluster. This is why the original unit should not be discarded before the retrofit is complete and verified.

Can the Cayenne 958 digital cluster switch between mph and km/h?

Yes. The documented Cayenne 958 route includes kilometre/mile and temperature-unit settings. Regional configuration should be checked before normal road use.

Will the 2018–2024 Macan dual-screen product fit Macan Electric?

No. The current 2018–2024 iKAGOO Macan dual-screen route is for selected ICE/petrol Macan vehicles and explicitly excludes the Macan Electric.

Why do BOSE, factory amplifiers and cameras matter for Porsche Android screens?

They can change the required audio interface, harness and camera-retention route. For the current Macan system, factory reverse camera, applicable 360 camera and factory-amplifier integration depend on correct vehicle matching.

Is the Porsche model year alone enough to confirm fitment?

No. Original cluster or PCM system, dashboard layout, steering side, market, audio equipment, camera system and previous modifications can all affect the correct version.
