Quality-Related Return Requests
Quality-related issues should normally be reported within seven days of delivery. Customers should not dismantle, modify or return the product before receiving return instructions.
Non-Quality Returns
Non-quality returns may be considered only when the product remains uninstalled, undamaged and complete with its original accessories and packaging. Return shipping and applicable transaction costs may be deducted where permitted.
Digital and Remote Services
