Eligible products include a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering verified manufacturing defects and eligible hardware failures under normal use.

Inspection or third-party examination does not automatically cancel the entire warranty. However, damage caused by unauthorized repair, incorrect modification, broken circuits, improper reassembly, incorrect wiring, impact, water ingress or misuse is not normally covered.

I had the cluster installed in my 2019 Tiguan R-Line by a Volkswagen specialist. The finished result looks clean and much closer to a factory-style upgrade than a typical aftermarket display.
