Two Ram dashboard generations require different preparation
Early dashboard-generation route
For supported Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 trucks after the original cluster shape and dashboard are confirmed. 2008 trucks need extra photo confirmation because some vehicles can use an earlier dashboard architecture.
Later dashboard-generation route
For supported Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 applications after the later cluster opening, connectors and factory equipment are matched. Gasoline or diesel configuration and previous modifications should be disclosed before shipment.

It does not replace the center radio and does not add Android apps, CarPlay, Android Auto, DSP or 4G entertainment functions.

Does installation require dealer programming?
Routine dealer flashing is not normally part of the matched installation. The installer still needs to confirm vehicle settings, units and supported functions and complete a full test before final reassembly.
Can I switch between MPH and KM/H?

What if my truck is a right-hand-drive conversion or has previous wiring changes?
