Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2 · 2014–2018

Turn the Grand Cherokee Gauge Area Into a Modern 12.3″ Digital Cockpit

The Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster replaces the traditional driver-facing gauge area with a 12.3-inch HD LCD display built for compatible 2014–2018 Grand Cherokee models. The main value is a cleaner digital cockpit with essential driving data kept in the driver's view, plus confirmed wireless CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, TPMS information and MPH / km/h switching.

Vehicle-specific application for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014–2018
Digital cockpit, not an add-on tablet The original gauge position becomes a full-width LCD driver display.
Core vehicle data stays in view Speed, RPM, gear, fuel and temperature are shown on the digital interface.
Wireless phone integration Confirmed support for Wireless CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto.
Matched installation route No intentional cutting of the supported factory wiring; installation guide supplied.

Installed result — start with the view you will actually use This image shows the digital cluster installed in the dashboard with the PhoneLink interface visible.
Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster installed in dashboard
Why this matters: you can judge the real cockpit integration before reading the technical details.
Factory analog gauges vs. the upgraded digital cockpit A direct before-and-after view makes the visual value of the upgrade easy to judge.
Jeep Grand Cherokee factory gauges compared with digital instrument cluster upgrade
Buyer value: the biggest change happens directly behind the steering wheel, where the driver looks throughout every trip.
Why Upgrade?

A Bigger Change Than Adding Another Screen to the Center Console

The 2014–2018 Grand Cherokee is still a vehicle many owners want to keep, but the original gauge layout can make the cockpit feel older than the rest of the SUV. This upgrade changes the instrument area itself instead of attaching another universal display to the dashboard.

The result is a cleaner, more current driver environment while the key driving information remains where it belongs: directly in front of you.

12.3-inch full-width LCD replaces the visually dominant analog gauge area.
The display remains integrated in the original instrument position.
Vehicle information and connected functions share the same driver-facing environment.
What does the cluster actually display while driving? The front product view shows the digital interface operating as an instrument cluster, not a blank multimedia screen.
Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster speed RPM gear fuel temperature display
Visible in the image: speed, RPM, gear position, fuel, temperature and a vehicle graphic.
Original Vehicle Information

A Digital Cluster Still Has to Do the Instrument-Cluster Job First

The core reason to choose a vehicle-specific Jeep Grand Cherokee LCD instrument cluster is not only the display size. It must continue presenting the information needed for normal driving.

Speed and RPM: core driving information stays prominent instead of being buried in a secondary menu.
Gear, fuel and temperature: essential vehicle information remains part of the driver display.
TPMS: confirmed pressure and temperature information can be shown with abnormal-condition alerts.
MPH / km/h: the cluster supports switching between mile- and kilometer-based unit presentation.

Exact optional menus and vehicle-specific information can vary with the original configuration. iKAGOO matches the supplied version before shipment rather than claiming every optional WK2 function is identical.

Confirmed Differentiated Features

Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto Add More Than a New Gauge Theme

For this specific Grand Cherokee cluster version, wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are confirmed product functions. They are treated as an added capability of this product — not as a generic claim applied to every digital instrument cluster.

iKAGOO CarPlay compatible icon

Wireless Phone Projection

CarPlay + Android Auto

Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster CarPlay Android Auto interface

Compatible phone functions such as maps and music can be projected through the connected interface. The buyer benefit is that the digital-cockpit upgrade adds useful connectivity rather than changing only the gauge graphics.

Navigation-Style Layout

Wide-screen information placement

Jeep Grand Cherokee digital instrument cluster navigation style interface

A wide LCD can use more of the space behind the steering wheel for map-style and configurable information layouts. The exact UI can vary by software version and selected theme, so this image demonstrates the presentation style rather than one permanently fixed screen.

Vehicle-Specific Hardware

Fitment Is Proven by More Than the Screen Size

Wide installed view — how the cluster sits in the complete dashboard The steering wheel, surrounding trim and digital cluster can be judged together.
Jeep Grand Cherokee digital instrument cluster integrated in dashboard
Buyer value: the display occupies the original instrument area instead of looking like a separate tablet attached to the cabin.

Designed Around the Grand Cherokee Instrument Opening

The installed wide view is important because a digital cluster can look convincing in a close-up product photo yet still feel out of place once the steering wheel and dashboard are visible.

Here the upgrade remains inside the original driver-instrument position, which is the visual foundation of a vehicle-specific cockpit upgrade.

Housing and mounting detail — why the physical architecture matters The angled view exposes the enclosure profile, bezel and mounting tabs.
Jeep Grand Cherokee digital instrument cluster housing mounting tabs
Buyer value: dedicated mounting architecture is part of what separates this product from a universal LCD module.

Correct Hardware Fit Comes Before Software Features

The enclosure has to locate correctly inside the dashboard before any display function matters. The visible mounting points and dedicated housing support the vehicle-specific installation route.

iKAGOO still reviews the order information before shipment because model year alone does not describe every previous modification or special vehicle configuration.

Rear connection view — what the installer works with The back of the unit shows the housing, cable connection and mounting structure.
Jeep Grand Cherokee digital instrument cluster rear housing cable connection
Buyer value: the installation route is simplified around a dedicated cluster connection and does not intentionally require cutting the supported factory wiring.

Simple Wiring Does Not Mean a Careless Installation

The product is designed to avoid unnecessary cable modification and is supplied with installation instructions. That lowers wiring risk, but the original cluster and trim still have to be removed correctly and the completed system needs a full function test before reassembly.

Do not cut or re-pin the original wiring to force an unmatched connector.
Confirm the cluster powers on and displays expected vehicle data before closing the dashboard.
If a connector, warning behavior or vehicle-data display is not as expected, stop and contact support first.
Why Buy From iKAGOO?

The Difference Is the Vehicle Review and the Support Route Behind the Screen

A digital instrument cluster is not a universal phone accessory. The physical housing, vehicle data, unit settings, wiring and software version all have to match the vehicle closely enough for the installation to make sense. iKAGOO uses the order process to reduce that risk before the product leaves.

Compatibility First Vehicle year and relevant cluster / dashboard information are reviewed before shipment.
Correct Version Matching The appropriate cluster and connection route are prepared around the submitted vehicle information.
No-Cut Installation Principle An unmatched connector should be investigated, not “fixed” by cutting factory wiring.
Installation Support Photos, video and interface information can be used to identify a fitting or setup issue.
Technical Escalation Cases beyond normal installation checks can be organized for the relevant technical route.
12-Month Hardware Warranty Eligible hardware issues are handled under the current written iKAGOO warranty terms.

iKAGOO Three Standards — Full Buying Assessment

Is It Worth Upgrading, How Closely Does It Match the Vehicle, and Who Should Install It?

The three results below use the same values shown in the first-screen summary. They are product-level buying assessments based on the confirmed product facts, supplied images, installation structure and iKAGOO vehicle-matching process. No separate overall score is created.

iKAGOO Upgrade Necessity

Is the upgrade meaningful enough to justify changing the original cluster?

92/100 Strong Upgrade Case
092 / 100100
Direct judgment

High-value for an owner who likes the WK2 but wants the driver-facing cockpit to feel substantially more modern and useful.

Main reasons adding points
  • 12.3-inch full digital instrument display changes the main driver-facing visual area.
  • Real before/after and installed images clearly prove the cockpit transformation.
  • Vehicle data, TPMS, unit switching and wireless phone integration add daily-use value.
  • The product improves both appearance and function instead of changing graphics only.
Why it is not 100/100
  • The factory analog cluster already provides the basic driving information needed to operate the vehicle.
  • The value is lower for owners who prefer the original analog design or do not want connected-display features.
What this means for the buyer

Best suited to long-term owners who want a visible cockpit transformation without replacing the SUV itself.

Score bands
0–49Low Priority

iKAGOO Original Vehicle Compatibility

How strong is the vehicle-specific integration evidence for this cluster?

88/100 Strong Vehicle-Specific Match
088 / 100100
Direct judgment

Strong evidence supports a dedicated 2014–2018 Grand Cherokee fitment route with integrated driving data, TPMS, dedicated housing and matched wiring.

Main reasons adding points
  • Product application is confirmed for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014–2018.
  • Images show dedicated housing, mounting tabs, rear connection and installed dashboard fit.
  • Speed, RPM, gear, fuel and temperature are visibly present on the product interface.
  • TPMS information and MPH / km/h switching are confirmed product functions.
  • iKAGOO reviews the vehicle before shipment and prepares the appropriate version.
Why it is not higher
  • The supplied evidence does not document every optional WK2 trim, SRT-specific function or every original warning / control behavior.
  • Mileage behavior and every optional original-cluster menu are not confirmed by the current supplied material, so they are not used to inflate the score.
What this means for the buyer

The product has a strong vehicle-specific route, but the pre-shipment review still matters for special, modified or non-standard configurations.

iKAGOO Installation Ease Level

Who should install this digital instrument cluster?

Level 3 Advanced DIY
L1 EasyL3 CurrentL5 Specialist
Recommended installer

Experienced DIY installer familiar with interior trim and automotive connectors, or an automotive electronics installer.

Main reasons supporting Level 3
  • The connection route is simplified and does not intentionally require cutting the supported factory wiring.
  • The product has dedicated housing and mounting architecture rather than a custom fabricated installation.
  • Installation instructions are supplied with the product.
Why it is not Level 1 or Level 2
  • The original instrument cluster and surrounding trim still need to be removed correctly.
  • Vehicle-data functions and connected features should be tested before final reassembly.
  • A mismatched connector or abnormal warning behavior requires diagnosis, not force-fitting.
Stop condition

Stop if connectors do not match, factory wiring has already been modified, mounting points do not align normally, the cluster does not show expected core driving data, or new abnormal warnings appear.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Cluster FAQ

Questions Buyers Usually Need Answered Before Ordering

Does the Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster fit 2014–2018 models?
Yes. The confirmed product application is Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014–2018. For special, SRT or previously modified configurations, iKAGOO reviews the relevant vehicle information before preparing the final version.
Can the Jeep Grand Cherokee Digital Instrument Cluster switch between MPH and km/h?
Yes. Kilometer / mile unit switching is a confirmed product function, allowing the speed-unit presentation to be set for the region where the vehicle is driven.
Does the digital instrument cluster display tire pressure and tire temperature?
Yes. The product supports real-time TPMS pressure and temperature information. When an abnormal tire condition is detected, the cluster can provide a visible alert.
Does this Jeep Grand Cherokee digital cluster support Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto are confirmed for this specific product version. Compatible functions such as maps and music can be used through the connected phone interface.
Does the Jeep Grand Cherokee LCD instrument cluster show core vehicle data?
Yes. Confirmed core information includes speed, RPM, gear position, fuel and temperature, plus TPMS-related information. The exact visual arrangement can change with the selected interface and software version.
Does installation require cutting the factory wiring?
No, not for the supported matched installation route. The product is designed to connect without intentionally cutting the supported factory wiring. If the connector does not match, stop and verify the vehicle / supplied version rather than modifying the original wiring.
Does this cluster require coding or programming?
It depends on the exact supplied configuration. The confirmed product information supports a simplified vehicle-specific installation, but the current supplied material does not prove that every 2014–2018 Grand Cherokee configuration is universally “no coding.” iKAGOO reviews the vehicle-specific route before shipment and identifies any relevant setup requirement for the supplied version.
Is this the same as replacing the center Android or CarPlay screen?
No. This product upgrades the driver-facing instrument / gauge area behind the steering wheel. The center infotainment head unit is a separate product category. If you want the center screen instead, see the Jeep Grand Cherokee Android Head Unit.
Should I keep installing if the connector or vehicle data does not look correct?
No. Stop before modifying anything. Take clear photos or video of the connector, original cluster, supplied unit and observed screen behavior, then contact iKAGOO. This gives the support team usable evidence to identify whether the issue is installation, configuration or a version mismatch.
Is there warranty and support after installation?
Yes. Eligible hardware issues are covered under the current 12-month iKAGOO hardware warranty terms. The original order remains the reference for product identification and later support. See the iKAGOO Warranty Policy for the current written terms.

Shipping, Returns, Warranty & Order Questions

A practical summary of the main terms that apply to vehicle-specific iKAGOO orders.

01

Where are orders shipped from and how long does delivery take?

Most iKAGOO orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in China after the product configuration and vehicle information have been checked.

Normal order processing is approximately 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally:

  • USA & Canada: approximately 5–9 business days
  • European Union: approximately 7–15 business days
  • UK & Australia: approximately 7–10 business days
  • Other supported regions: approximately 7–20 business days

Customs clearance, holidays, weather, carrier delays and remote-area delivery may affect these estimates.

02

Will I need to pay VAT, import duties or customs charges?

Standard international shipping normally does not include destination-country VAT, import duties, brokerage charges or customs clearance fees.

For eligible European Union destinations, DDP shipping may be available. Import-related charges are included only when DDP is selected at checkout or confirmed by iKAGOO in writing before shipment.

When DDP is not selected, charges collected by local customs or the delivery carrier are normally the recipient's responsibility.

03

Can I request express shipping and how do I track the parcel?

Express or expedited shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Availability, carrier and any additional cost are confirmed before shipment.

Depending on the route and product type, iKAGOO may use DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, 4PX or another tracked logistics provider.

After dispatch, the tracking number or tracking link is normally sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear during international carrier transfers.

04

What is the return and refund policy?

Return eligibility depends on the reason for return, product condition, installation status, supporting evidence and whether the return has been approved by iKAGOO.

For an approved non-defective return, the product must normally remain unused, uninstalled, complete and suitable for resale. The customer is generally responsible for approved return shipping costs.

Original shipping, DDP, VAT, customs duties and other logistics costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise confirmed by iKAGOO.

Do not send a product back before receiving an approved return address and return instructions from iKAGOO.

05

What if the product still cannot be installed after compatibility review?

Additional protection may apply when iKAGOO reviewed the vehicle compatibility, the customer supplied accurate vehicle information and reasonable installation and diagnostic steps have been completed.

If iKAGOO confirms that no reasonable technical solution is available and the issue is reported within 7 calendar days after delivery, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the product price without being required to return the product.

Original shipping, DDP, VAT, customs duties and other third-party charges are not included in this product-price refund.

06

What warranty is provided, and does opening the product cancel it?

Eligible products include a 12-month limited hardware warranty covering verified manufacturing defects and eligible hardware failures under normal use.

Depending on the verified issue, support may include remote diagnosis, configuration assistance, replacement parts, repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Inspection or third-party examination does not automatically cancel the entire warranty. However, damage caused by unauthorized repair, incorrect modification, broken circuits, improper reassembly, incorrect wiring, impact, water ingress or misuse is not normally covered.

Contact iKAGOO before dismantling, modifying or repairing the product so the correct diagnostic procedure can be provided.

07

What if my order arrives damaged or has missing parts?

Contact iKAGOO within 7 calendar days after delivery and keep the original packaging, shipping label, accessories and product.

Please provide clear photos or video showing:

  • The external shipping carton and shipping label
  • Visible packaging damage
  • The product and affected area
  • All accessories and wiring received

After verification, iKAGOO may arrange a missing-part shipment, replacement, repair, refund or another reasonable solution.

08

What if I ordered the wrong version or need to change my order?

Contact iKAGOO as soon as possible and before installation. For address, vehicle configuration or product changes, contact us preferably within 12 hours after placing the order.

An exchange or return may be approved when an incorrectly selected product remains unused, uninstalled, complete and suitable for resale. Customers are normally responsible for relevant shipping costs and price differences.

Vehicle-specific products may enter procurement, programming, testing or configuration shortly after payment. Once preparation or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, or reasonable costs already incurred may be deducted.

09

What is included in the package?

Package contents vary by product, vehicle model, factory system and selected configuration.

Depending on the product, the package may include the main device, vehicle-specific wiring harnesses, CANBUS interface, adapters, USB cables, antennas, microphones, mounting hardware or other required installation accessories.

Refer to the relevant product photos, specifications and order confirmation for the exact contents of your order.

10

How do I contact iKAGOO for technical or after-sales support?

You can contact iKAGOO through the website contact form, WhatsApp or other available support channels. Typical response time is within 24 business hours.

For faster technical diagnosis, include your order number, vehicle model and year, relevant factory-system photos, product photos and a clear video showing the issue.

Contact iKAGOO Support →

11

Is payment secure and are installment options available?

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available card, wallet and installment options may vary by country, currency, payment provider and customer eligibility.

Installment services, including options offered by PayPal or another payment provider, remain subject to that provider's regional availability and approval requirements.
